Combination of drugs useful for Osteoartritis.

Combination dipiridamol and prednisolon low dose is safe to reduce the pain in patients with osteoartritis hands. New drug candidate is called the CRx-102. Dr. TK Kvien and friendsl, Diakonhjemmet Hospital of Oslo, Norway states that the study data showed preklink each drug component to be more effective if combined, disbanding if awarded each in a single. On the watchlist to 42 days, found that the CRx-102 is meant better than plasebo in reducing pain. Changes in pain scale AUSCAN is -14.2 with the 102 and CRx = -4 with plasebo (p = 0.02). Conclude that phase 2 studies with control plasebo showed that this combination dipiridamol and prednisolon efektid in patients with osteoartritis hands. It is necessary to proceed with studies that compare clinic property CRx-102 components of the single drugs.
